Don’t forget, that even though we all think of strawberries as the ultimate summer berry, they can also be made into festive treats too (a little healthier than big chocolate cakes too).
These little strawberry Santa’s are so easy to make and bring a festive smile to everyone’s faces. Simply cut off the bottom to make a flat surface, this will be the base of the Santa. Then cut the pointy part of the berry off and keep safely to one side, add some freshly whipped cream and place the top back on, forming the hat.
Add some further cream in small little dots to form buttons and also a bobble at the end of the hat, then add two chocolate chips for the eyes. An easy to make treat for all your guests. Wishing you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2019.
