Those that joined us for Open Farm Sunday enjoyed the delights of fresh strawberry ice cream from Dylan’s Ice Cream. As Ben shows, punnets of fresh Hall Hunter strawberries were washed, sieved, and mixed with sugar before being frozen and added to a plain ice cream mix. Delicious!
